3What is EQOBRUSH?
- An automatic on line cleaning system for chiller
condensers and heat exchangers - Cleans fouling from piping without shutting down
the equipment - Various cleanings per day avoid any fouling or
scaling in pipes - Energy savings and capacity gains allow an
earn-back period of less than 6 months

5Principles of Operation
- The automatic valve reverses the water flow in
the Heat Exchanger every few hours for 30 sec. - Nylon brushes (housed in baskets connected to the
tube ends) are then propelled through the pipes,
cleaning any scaling or fouling - After the reversion the brushes position in
their baskets, causing no pressure loss
