Title: Paid ads on Social Media – Who Earns Profit?
1Paid ads on Social Media Who Earns Profit?
2Making money on Social Media? Is it possible?
Although indirect money automatically lures in as
it pulls traffic. Also, advertisements from
Adsense or business motion take full advantage of
the boom on Social Media. But the question is
does it help?
3What actually works? A combined effort of the
social brand, work strategy and content are
creating magic. One needs to take very much care
of what is being sold, promoted and written on
this media.
4Isnt that cool? Know why? As not getting paid
for posts on social channels! The social sites
used for blogging and over which content is being
created have employed their users for free. The
paid ads on Social Media which are selling
products are using our content to do this. Do we
endorse them? Guess...no!
5Truly speaking, its not our platform! Agreed
that we use this platform for free! But we dont
have an idea of how much profit we are giving to
them. A handful of Silicon Valley companies earn
billion dollars through our Social Media
activities. But an everyday user will not make
money.
6The social sites generally argue about their
running costs. Also, they give valuable insights
to pull huge traffic that make them earn a
profit. Some people, however, do earn through
Social Media. But for that one needs to produce
truly valuable content. Especially to online
advertisers!
7This is just like when a song is played on the
radio. The artist, producer or the record company
are going to get paid as a royalty payment. Music
is used by radio stations for programming and
hence paid-off.
8Social media is a little different. Its not
music but the content that creates a friendly
environment. It entertains visitors and keeps
them informed. Also, generates income for site
owners. Just stop and think! What will site
owners do if users stop creating?
9Content creators deserve an accolade. They need
to be rewarded. This is not the work anyone can
do! This is the same way as royalties are being
paid for. The idea has evoked by the companies
earning billions of dollars through content.
10But the good news is Content creators have
started getting paid. The power of a content
creator lies in engaging influencers and
customers, managing performance and driving
investment returns. To get paid on Social Media
they need to have these skills.
11And what they want from these platforms is not a
secret anymore! They want brand sponsorships,
fully owned and controlled brands and profit
sharing of 80 ad revenue against their work.
Slowly a flourished marketplace will get created
facilitating a direct transaction between people
and brands.
