  • Junk food and sedentary habits can be harmful in
    longer periods of time
  • Thats why its so important to stop, take stock
    and make a conscious decision to follow a healthy
    lifestyle

  • Our body should get at least 60 minutes of
    physical activity every day
  • Include activities that strengthen muscles and
