What you really need is to change your habits,
and how you feel and look will change on their
own. The moment you concentrate on the action and
not on the end result is when you truly
transform, inside and out.

Choose Healthy Foods
Studies have shown that eating unhealthy foods
will increase your risks of getting Type 2
diabetes, cancer, and many other health problems.
Heart disease is also a consideration.

Physical activity is first and foremost an
opportunity to have fun. Use these special
moments to relax, forget about work, think about
something else and change your mood. Physical
activity is good for both your body and your
mind, as well as adding years to your life and

Dallas. Do that plus a couple of days of
resistance training and you'll not only live
longer but also look younger, feel happier, have
more energy, and stay slim.
