If I cancel an event will I receive a refund? All
ticket purchases are nonrefundable unless the
event allows a refund. If the event approves a
refund you will receive your refund but will be
charged a cancellation fee. What is the
cancellation fee? Events layaway charges from 25
to 50 for cancellation fee per ticket.
Cancellation fees may also apply from the event
itself. If the event charges a cancellation fee
you will be required to take care of that charge
also. If I cancel my event can I use the ticket
for a future event? This depends on what the
event is and whether or not there are future
dates for the event. You will need to contact the
event venue to check if this would be a
possibility. How much is the deposit for an
event? The deposit is based on the amount of the
ticket for the event. Except for tickets with a
total over 800.00 a 25 deposit is
required. When do I have to pay the deposit? You
will be required to make your deposit as soon as
you receive your invoice.

How are deposits made? Deposits are made via
Invoice or PayPal links on our site. Can I make a
deposit in a greater amount than required? Yes
but your instalment amounts will not change from
the initial agreement. How far in advance can I
purchase a ticket for an event? You can set up a
plan as soon as tickets go on sale to the
public. How long can I structure my payment plan
for? We offer a minimum plan of 2 weeks and a
maximum plan of 20 weeks. How do I know my ticket
was purchased? You will receive an email
confirmation. Do I have to pay in full before I
receive my ticket? Yes.
When are tickets received? You will receive your
ticket 24 hours after final payment via email.
