How to create a payroll summary report
  • Go to reports option and select report gtEmployee
    payroll gt payroll Summary
  • Set a date range.
  • Now select refresh
  • If you thinking that you need to remove the
    hours/or rate columns-
  • Select Customize Report option.
  • Clear the hours/rate checkboxes, in the display
    tab then select ok.
  • In the filters tab, you can add pay periods also.

For print the payroll summary gt select print.
  • To run a report for singular employee
  • Open the employee center/centre, from home page
    and select the employee
  • Now select the employee who you want to run the
    report, on the left side
  • Then select the report you want to run, in the
    upper right corner
  • Quick Report
  • Payroll Summary
  • Paid Time Off
  • Payroll Transaction Detail
  • Now enter the dates

If you need to change in the printer then change
settings and then click print.
  • Now click New Worksheet or update existing
    worksheet.
  • Click the browse button and choose the workbook.
  • Now select Advanced Button.
  • And then clear the space between checkBox and
    columns then select ok.
  • Now select Export
