institutes. Then he also worked as the Director
of Elementary and a Principal for several years.

Planning Retreat, Kent Island, MD, at Institute
for Educational Leadership (IEL), and as field
test teacher at American Geological Institute and
National Science Foundation, as a training
consultant at C.A.S.T.L.E. Technology, Chicago,
