Follow the steps in order to authorize your
Windows 8-1.Via Settings Panel

• On your keyboard, you need to press and hold down
  the "Windows" key, and then press the "Pause
  Break" key to load your computer's System
  properties panel. On the other hand, you can also
  launch the System settings panel by opening

  Open field. Then you have to click OK button to
  load the Windows Activation Wizard
• Further, simply enter your 25-digit authorization
  key in the Product Key field, and then click
  the "OK" button
