alone a recall. It will never happen to me is
the mantra we hear so often. But have you thought
if it happens, Am I prepared to face a crisis?

Prepare For A Recall A recall takes everyone
involved by surprise its a sudden, unplanned
event. You can reduce the fallout by having a
crisis plan in place. It should be a clear
roadmap to follow when the bad thing happens.
Whos On Your Recall Crisis Team? Pick team
members who can think on their feet, have
relevant experience and are close geographically
to the business. Train two teams corporate
managerial and manufacturing. Media train the
spokesperson, hold on camera rehearsals and
rehearse message points.

Tell them whats going on and explain the
organizations response. Stop rumors by making
