John Tafel serves as a teacher of meditation and
visualization practices to individuals. He has
also accomplished training in Physical Medicine
and Rehabilitation.

On the educational front, he earned his medical
degree from medical degree at the University of
Virginia at Charlottesville in 1987, and my
certification in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation at the Baylor School of Medicine
in 1991.

He has continued to be part of educational
programs like Baylor Medical Centre, Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency, Department
of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,
1988-1991 and Riverside Regional Health Care
Centre, Transitional Internship, Newport News,
Virginia, 1987-1988.

of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

He has dedicated his entire career to the
treatment of chronic diseases and mental
illnesses. He has carried out research projects
and trainings regarding diet and nutrition,
hormonal balance, causes of CFIDS, or ME/CFS,
optimization of gastrointestinal and brain
functioning.
