Considering the number of graduates passing from
numerous universities, the quantity of job
applicants is escalating year by year. There is a
lack of skill development with universities
making higher education a pawn for
commercialization, and thus there is a tremendous
amount of pressure on the hiring committees of
the organization to recruit the best fit.
Employing agencies, then strategically devised a
pre-employment testing technique consisting of a
set of test to determine the aptitude and
job-related skills of prospective employees.
Through the pre-employment testing, the employer
examines the knowledge, work skills,
communication skills, intellect to screen out the
under-qualified ones and find the suitable
