the case. It's very important for you to discuss
what exactly is the desired result, in other
words, set clear goals for your treatment. For
example, if you are undergoing depression
therapy, you might want to clearly understand
exactly what the treatment will do for you.

How Long Will Therapy Last?

    a sustained long-term perspective. In fact, many
