  • Noise pollution is defined as"the
    unwanted,unpleasant or disagreeable sound that
    causes discomfort for all living beings."

    to 60 dB

    caused by many machines.

    numerous factories, industries mills.

    saws and pnenumatic drill is unbearable and is a
    nuisance to public

  • It mainly includes road traffic noise,train

    household gadgets and community.

CONTROL MEASURES OF NOISE POLLUCTION
  • Turn off Appliances at Home and offices
  • Use Earplugs
  • Lower the volume
  • Stay away from Noisy area

  • Go Green by planning trees
  • Create Healthy noise to eliminate unwanted noise
  • Use Noise absorbents in noisy machineries
  • Use Proper Lubrication and Better maintenance

  • Noise canbe redused by prescibing noise limits
    for vechicular traffic, ban on honking of horns
    in certain areas and creation of slint zones near
    schools and hosipital and redesigning of
    buildings to make them noise proof
