• Solution 1 Set Default Email Program in Internet
  Explorer
• 1). Open Internet Explorer and click the Gear
  icon.
• 2). Select Internet Options and go to the Program
  tab.
• 3). Now under the Set Programs options click Set
  your Default Program.
• 4). Select Outlook and click Set this Program as
  Default.
• 5). Hit OK and then select Set program access and
  computer defaults.
• 6). Select Microsoft Windows.
• 7). Choose Use my current Microsoft e-mail
  program from the drop-down list and then hit OK.

• Solution 2 Change Windows Mail Settings
• 1). Exit QuickBooks Desktop application.

  Panel.

  Window.
