The memory techniques given were highlighting the
main points and trying to go through the chapters
at a stretch. The main fact was that the students
should maintain a healthy routine and try to
learn from their setbacks which would lead them
to success. She said that a child can study for
45 minutes at a stretch with concentration as
here the retention is more. The moment we are
tired we should take a break which may be an
activity like a short walk or a game which
refreshes the mind. The most important fact was
the study environment which is created and has a
positive effect.
