Due to wide variety, Mochi happens to hit the
list among the top traditional Japanese
desserts that one must try.

It is prepared out of a special type of sticky
rice called mocha gome, which is shaped and
cooked to make soft mocha balls. It is found
toasted, sweetened with extra toppings or dipped
