Be concise and clear
Do not add irrelevant elements to your speech.
Get straight to the point and say what you think
so your listener can respond accordingly.

Establishing and maintaining eye contact is

Do not speak hastily, as this will make the

it is an easy way to build a strong relationship
with people you will not have the opportunity to
meet face to face. Smiling helps us create and
nurture interpersonal relationships, so it's
essential when you communicate with others.

Have an open or relaxed body language
Your body language should be open. This means
that you should not cross your arms or appear
rigid. When speaking to groups of people, it is
important to use hand gestures to emphasize your
message. Try not to be too distracted, but don't
keep your arms straight on either side.
Avoid sarcasm
From a listener's point of view, a sarcastic
remark requires a process of decoding and
interpretation (an explanation) before he can
understand what was said and what was heard and
see if the two are identical.
