    to revamp eating habits.

Treat your workout like a meeting
  • Treat your workout as necessary as your work
    meeting or a doctor's appointment. Commitment is
    of considerable significance, so just like
    meetings don't miss your workout sessions. There
    are millions of excuses not to work out. However,
    you need to figure out a single reason why you
    need to work out.
  • When it comes to getting in shape, do every bit
    you can. 10-20 minutes of workout can be perfect,
    but pushing just a little bit when you don't wish
    to work out will assist in keeping you on track
    and making you feel good that you adhered to your
    commitment.
