Ingredients
  • Sabudana (Sago) 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2 medium size
  • Roasted Peanuts ½ cup
  • Curry leaves 6-8 leaves
  • Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tsp
  • Green chilli (chopped) 1 medium size
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Rock salt/ sendha Namak as per taste
  • Water (for soaking sabudana boiling potatoes)
  • Fresh grated coconut ¼ cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp (optional)
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

PREPARATION Sabudana Peanut Mix
  • Rinse and soak Sabudana over night
  • Boil peel potatoes
  • Roast peanuts and crush them
  • Take soaked Sabudana in a bowl and add sendha
    namak to it
  • Add crushed potatoes and mix it well keep aside.

PREPARATION
  • Heat a wok add ghee
  • Once the ghee is melted, add cumin seeds and let
    it crackle
  • Add curry leaves and green chilli and stir for a
    minute
  • Add choped ginger and saute. Again stir till nice
    aroma
  • Add boiled potatoes and cook for 2 minutes on
    medium flame
  • Once the potatoes get crisp, add Sabudana Peanut
    Mix
  • Mix throughly and cook on low flame
  • Cook till sabudana gets transluscent
  • Now add lemon juice and grated coconut
  • Mix it
  • Serve and Enjoy
