  • Avocados are considered a superfood and for good
    reason! Avocados are rich in healthy fats - which
    is the monounsaturated fats in addition to fiber,
    potassium, magnesium and vitamins. It is one of
    the most popular anti inflammatory foods and can
    be consumed in various different ways. You can
    either add a slice to your sandwiches and snacks
    or make guacamole out of avocados.

  • Berries like strawberries, blueberries,
    blackberries and more are rich in antioxidants
    that help fight inflammation, boost immunity and
    reduce the risk of heart diseases. Some
    laboratory studies also show that the chemicals
    in some berries like blueberries may also help in
    preventing cancer. Not only are they extremely
    healthy, but they're also delicious!

  • Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable just like
    cauliflowers, kale and Brussels sprouts. Its
    extremely rich in antioxidants and studies have
    shown that broccoli may help reduce the risk of

    properties. What makes this vegetable an absolute

    meals, can help reduce inflammation and may also
    reduce the risk of cancer.
