Dr. Roy Blackburn is a board-certified physician
in internal medicine. He also has expertise in
physical medicine and rehabilitation. He has been
working as a medical director for many hospitals
and clinics.

Dr. Roy Blackburn was a director at St. Micheal
Rehabilitation Hospital in Texarkana, TX from
1995 to 1999 where he improved the quality of the
inpatient and outpatient programs by
collaborating with CORF, CARF, and JCAHO, he was
also a medical director in the skilled nursing
facility in the same hospital.

Dr. Roy Blackburn continued his profession as
medical director at Bastrop Rehabilitation
Hospital in Bastrop, LA, and Johnson Regional
Rehabilitation in Clarkville, AR. He was a
physician at Lovelace Pain Clinic and Dr. Shane
Vervoort. Other than being a medical director, he
is also interested in volunteer work and is a
physician at Occupy Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR
