INGREDIENTS -
  • - Medium sized potatoes 5
  • - Medium sized brinjals 4
  • - Raw banana 1
  • - Sweet potato 2
  • - Purple sweet potato (Kandh) 1
  • - Surati papadi 150 gm
  • Green Toor beans 100 gm
  • - Normal papadi 100 gm
  • - Green Garlic with grass 100 gm
  • - Chopped coriander 100 gm

- Grinded fresh coconut 1/2 cup - Chilli, ginger and garlic paste 3 tbs - Turmeric 1 tsp - Salt - For methi muthiya - Chopped fresh methi leaves 100 gm - Wheat flour (thick) 100 gm - Besan flour 50 gm - Red chilli powder 2 tsp -Turmeric powder 1 tsp -Salt -Oil 2 tsp -oil to fry

INSTRUCTIONS -
  • Wash every one of the vegetables. Keep the skin
    of the potatoe and cut in four section.
  • Strip the skin of banana and cut in 1quot size
    of dice.
  • Cut yams, purple yam (kanda) in huge size. Give
    four cuts onthe brinjals. Eliminate beans from
    toor. Clear both papadi.
  • Blend all methi muthiya fixings add water as
    required. The mixture ought to be hardened. Make
    round balls and fry it.
  • Presently fry all vegetables one by on for only 2
    minutes even Toor beans and both papadis.
