• Introduction
• Ultrasound is carried out by using sound waves
  which have higher frequency than a normal human
  ear can catch or hear. These sound waves are used
  to create the image of the internal parts of the
  body. Ultrasound scans are also known as
  sonography. These are safer as compared to other
  imaging techniques as it uses sound waves instead

  consume enough water to get a clear image. A
  special gel is applied to the body so that the
  sound waves travel perfectly to the internal
  organs and the transducer can effectively capture
  the images.
