  service provider in the United Arab Emirates.
• Founded in 2003, Emicool ensures that its skilled

  efficiency, safety, and environmental

• The company has grown significantly since its
  start, and it now provides district cooling
  benefits to Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai
  Motor City, Dubai Sports City, Midriff Hills,
  Palazzo Versace D1 Tower, and Dubai World Trade
  Center (DWTC) (Expo 2020), Jumeirah Bay and more.

• Emicool has teamed with AIUT, one of Europe's top
  system integrators, to create Emivalve.
• AIUT provides technologically sophisticated
  solutions in automation and robotization of
  manufacturing processes, IT, and the Industrial
  Internet of Things (IIoT).
• Emicool's position as one of the region's top
  district cooling plants has been strengthened by
  its decision to invest in high-tech smart valves
  and smart metres to assure the greatest levels of
  customer happiness and convenience.

• Instead of visiting the company's headquarters or
  customer support centres, Emivalve customers can
  take advantage of district cooling services,
  allowing renters to move in and out quickly.
• The digitalization of connection and
  disconnection will reduce registration and
  cancellation turnaround times, improve customer
  happiness, and contribute to Emicool's objective
  of becoming a world-class provider of reliable
  and efficient district cooling energy system
  services.

• One of Emicool's key aims in 2021 is to upgrade
  customer transactions to digital modes, which
  includes expediting services and transactions
  without the need for a physical presence at a
  branch.
• Emicool and its sister company Aquacool have
  successfully integrated the Emivalve service in
  roughly 15 of their projects, and the company
  wants to apply it in all existing and future
  projects, aiming for 100 automation.

• The Company is steadily advancing toward digital
  transformation excellence, and it has already
  implemented innovative initiatives such as the
  first Unmanned Machinery Space (UMS) Plant
  implemented in 2020 which employs Artificial
  Intelligence SMART Systems.
