Evergreen Point Floating Bridge
Evergreen Point Floating Bridge is one of the
popular bridges of Seattle, U.S.A. Basically,
this is 6 lane bridge over lake a water depth
of 61 m atop 61 m of soft slit. Previously, this
bridge was only a four-lane bridge which replaced
with six-lane bridge in 2016. The total
construction cost of Evergreen Point Floating
Bridge was 4.5 billion.

Lacey V. Murrow Memorial Bridge
This is another popular bridge located in
Seattle, U.S.A. It is also known as the first
floating bridge to be built with the help of
concrete pontoons. Initially, this bridge was
constructed in 1990 and rebuilt in 1993 at a cost
of 93 million.

Damerara Harbour Bridge
Damerara Harbour Bridge is located in Guyana and
was built in 1978. This bridge spans Demerara
river at Guyanas capital. Basically, this is a
two-lane bridge which carries an average of
14,000 vehicles in a day. In 2017, engineers
recommended the construction of three-lane bridge
in place of Damerara Harbour Bridge (two-lane).

Canal. It connects Olympic and Kitsap Peninsulas.

Homer M. Hadley Memorial Bridge
It is another 1,772-meter-long bridge located in
the United States. The construction cost of this
bridge was 97 million. Altogether, this bridge
features 18 pontoons.
