Suicide

• Mayank was an aspiring actor and he wanted to
  make it big in the film industry but it is wisely
  said that not all the dreams come into reality as
  few of them are also meant to shatter down. He
  was very hard-working talented but he was not
  able to crack any of the auditions from past few
  days. He had few short roles earlier but it was
  not what he wanted.
• Mayank started feeling depressed as it was almost
  four years since he landed in the film industry
  with a dream to make it big but unfortunately he
  was only talented and he was barely having any
  contacts or a god father within the industry due
  to which he was only a struggling outsider.

• Mayank stayed with his childhood friend Sarthak
  who was working in a tech firm as a software
  engineer in the same city. Both of them share the
  same apartment and Sarthak use to pay for rent
  and other things most of the times as he did not
  wanted Mayank to stop following his dreams.
• Both the friends often rehearse the roles for
  auditions in which Sarthak helps Mayank in
  getting the lines right, Sarthak was very
  confident of his friend and he always tried
  motivating his friend to stay positive and
  focused towards the goal.
• Sarthak was shutting his laptop down as he was
  done for the day, his mobile rang. It was Mayank,
  he picked it up.
• Where are you? It was Mayank. Im about to
  leave from office, tell me. Where are you right
  now?Sarthak asked his friend.Ive just reached
  the apartment. Mayank replied.

• Ok, why dont we go out for couple of drinks, oh
  I forgot to ask you how was your todays
  audition? Sarthak was anxiously waiting to hear
  from his friend.
• I dont know, what to say as Im fed up of one
  specific line from everyone.Mayank paused for a
  while and then said Thank you very much for
  coming and we will get back to you for the
  results.
• It is ok, dont worry much on it as we can only
  control our actions not the results. Remember my
  friend that you will definitely make it big one
  day and you will be creating history. Sarthak
  tried to cheer up. Anyways you get ready we both
  are going out after all it is weekend.
• Mayank was upset and did not wanted to go out for
  anything but at the same time he did not wanted
  to reject the weekend celebration of his friend
  out rightly so he said You come over we will
  arrange something here only and after all one
  need to have money to pay your weekend bills
  which I dont have.Sarthakreplied It is on me,
  dont worry but Mayank did not liked it as his
  friend has already taken care of his expenses
  without any complaints and he did not wanted this
  more to happen so he said Not this time,
  sometime later. You come over Ill create an
  amazing atmosphere inside the apartment only.
  Sarthak did not pushed his friend much as he also
  did not wanted to hurt his friends self-respect
  so he agreed to his friends proposal.

• Both the friends were sitting made a weekend
  arrangement inside the apartment only and sat on
  the couch with the drinks glasses in their hand.
• Sarthak asked his friend What happened in the
  auditions?
• Nothing new, it was same repetitive thing. Only
  scene and lines were different.Mayank replied
  after taking a sip of his drink. I dont think
  Ill get through this audition also as the
  production house team are planning to launch some
  star kid.
• Ok, and who gave you this news? Sarthak asked
  his friend to which he replied Dont forget I
  stay in the same circle so dont question my
  resources.
• But it can be wrong as well, I think you should
  focus more on your acting skills. You are an
  outsider and every outsider have to struggle to
  create a mark in this industry which is filled
  with cut throat competition.Sarthak said.
• Leave it, this place requires you to have a
  sharp PR skills not acting skills. Mayank was
  upset so Sarthak changed the topic Dont you
  think we are drinking too slowly, dont forget we
  have entire bottle to finish.

• Dont try and change the topic. You know you are
  a true brother from another mother.Mayank got up
  and took the bottle to refill his glass.Sarthak
  also got up and placed his glass in front of his
  friend and said Dont forget your engineering
  exams when you were down with a typhoid and
  despite sickness you went to appear for the exam
  and got 2nd rankand everybody knows how tough it
  is. You dropped your studies with your own choice
  to chase your acting dreams so dont forget and
  suppress your capability that you can turn around
  the things. So cheers my brother from another
  mother and Im very confident that you will turn
  around things this time as well.
• After few round of drinks Mayank said Im done
  as I also need to rehearse for tomorrow
  auditions. Sarthak kept his glass down and asked
  his friend What, do you have audition tomorrow?
  You should have told me earlier. We could have
  practiced it anyways what is the brief of
  tomorrows audition?
• Tomorrow audition is about a character who quits
  and commits suicide, now can you get something
  nice to eat from outside?Mayank asked his
  friend. Sarthak did realized that something was
  not good with his friend and thought to discuss
  it after dinner.

• Yes, why not. Let me get you something nice and
  hot from a newly opened restaurant. Sarthak got
  and went towards the door to exit the apartment.
  Sarthak reached the restaurant and ordered the
  food. He was waiting for his order and was
  checking his phone he was about to keep the
  mobile back in his pocket the only his mobile
  beeped. It was a message from Mayank which says
  Thank you very much my dear friend for
  everything which you did for me.
• Sarthak somehow connected that his friend is very
  depressed and wanted to end his struggling life
  so he left immediately for his apartment and told
  the restaurant manager to cancel the order. He
  took his mobile to call his friend but the mobile
  rang and it was an unknown number, Sarthak picked
  up the call.
• Hello, is it Mayank? The caller asked
• No Im his friend Sarthak, how can I help
  you.Sarthak replied.
• Your friend was here for an audition today and
  your number was mentioned in an alternate number
  field so I called on this number. The caller
  said

• Yes he was out for an audition today, I know
  that. Sarthak replied.
• We wanted to get in touch with Mayank on his
  number but nobody is responding. If you can
  inform him that he has been selected for the lead
  role and he has to be here for few formalities by
  tomorrow morning so that we can begin our shoot
  at the earliest. The caller said
• Oh yes, definitely. Ill ask him to call you on
  the same number Sarthak replied with an excited
  tone.
• Sathak was very happy for his friend after all
  his friend turned around the things again and
  surprised everybody like he did during his
  engineering exams. But Sarthak was not aware that
  he is about to witness the lifes biggest
  surprise which his friend has planned from him.
  The moment Sarthak entered the society he found a
  gathering of society member. He was crossing
  those bunch of people as he was in hurry so that
  he could inform his friend about his achievement.
  The society guard saw him and came running
  towards him and just said Mayank.
• The achiever was lying down and there was a pool
  of blood Sarthak was blank as he can see his
  friend lying down as a dead body. His achiever
  friend was no more with him so he looked towards
  the sky and said Amazing rehearsal of suicide my
  friend.
