Dry masalas should be kept in a dense holder out
from moistness. They can be stored in a dark,
dry place in the kitchen. If you want to keep
dry masalas in the fridge to maintain their
newness also make sure the masala is packaged in
a close packaging. Small opened packets of dry
masalas shouldn't be kept in the fridge as they
