Vision and Opportunity

• I want to become the marketing manager at the
  start for gaining the experience about its
  working and operations, then after three years, I
  would start my own company of providing marketing
  consultancy to the businesses.
• My aim is to become entrepreneur who would work
  as marketing manager at start and then work as
  marketing consultant.
• Other than this, other goals include becoming a
  sincere and top level of marketing consultant.
• The plan of marketing manager will be implemented
  right after completing of education but the plan
  of marketing consultant firm would be completed
  after three years of education because first I
  would gain the experience and know more about
  market.

• The values I would follow for achieving my dreams
  include Hard work, Loyalty, Compassion
• My mission is to build a marketing consultancy
  firm that would provide its services to other top
  companies of the world because it would be best
  career for me as I want. Challenges would be
  finding out good marketing job and then make a
  plan for Consultancy Company.
• I have some negative aspects or failures as well
  like I am not consistent in different tasks and I
  want results in limited time. But I am working on
  it and trying to become consistent till I enter
  in the practical life.

  company to target more people and acquire more
  businesses in order to enhance their

• From the other UAE students, I feel myself
  differentiated in a way that I think at the
  broader level that would make strong brand in the
  market.
• I have strong hardworking capabilities and think
  that I can do everything that I want as it would
  lead to fulfill my dreams and complete the tasks
  that are given to me. This factor differentiated
  me from the broader populace.

Risks and Mitigation

• The important checkpoints and the milestone of my
  career plan is getting the right job for my
  business as it would provide me experience of the
  market in which I am going to enter.
• I will start my marketing firm that would
  provide the services as a consultancy to other
  companies and they would get their targeted
  results in this way. Within the time frame of
  three years, I will achieve everything as this is
  my dream.
• My definition of success is fulfilling your
  dreams that you want. External factors that would
  interrupt me include searching of good clients as
  companies for my firm and some government rules
  that I will have to follow for my firm.
• The risk and mitigation strategies include
  keeping of other firm for my job as an option,
  take help of any senior firm in my firm and take
  advice from seniors if I face any trouble.

Ethical Principles

• I will not cheat anyone and remain stick to my
  duties and responsibilities.
• When I would be an employee then I will work with
  true sincerity and follow all principles if that
  organization.
• While in my business, I will follow the concept
  of equality, sincerity and empathy as these
  factors play a very important role in maintaining
  everything that is required perfectly.

  advice include my parents, professors and family
  friends because they know me well and they would
  provide me best direction that I will follow and
