EGGLESS CHARCOAL WAFFLES

these days. Sexy charcoal waffles are making
sensations with their unconventional aesthetics
and health values. Charcoal is known for natural
purification and is also used as a cooking
ingredient - creating wonderful results with its
ability to absorb organic toxins in the body.
Additionally, charcoal powder absorbs moisture,
making the charcoal waffles incredibly crisp
over a longer period of time.

• Ingredients
• All purpose flour, sifted - 2.5 cups
• Almond milk, unsweetened or any other vegan milk
  - 2 cups
• Sugar - 4 tbsp
• Coconut oil - 4 tbsp
• Baking powder - 2 tsp
• Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp
• Activated charcoal - 1 tsp
• Pure vanilla extract - 2 tsp
• 1 pinch of salt
• Alternatively, you may use premix for eggless
  charcoal waffles which
• is a readymade blend of main ingredients. Add
  flour, sugar and milk as per the instructions
  given on the label.
• Preparation
• Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with
  coconut oil.
• Combine the dry ingredients - Flour, sugar, and
  baking powder.

This is a charcoal waffle with vanilla flavor.
You can add other flavorings as well such as
cinnamon, nutella, cheese, cream,etc. Combination
of baking soda and vinegar results in fluffiness
of the waffle and makes for a good alternative of
eggs. As the waffle comes out very fluffy and
tasty, you just cant make out the
difference. Sufficient baking makes the waffles
crispy and golden on the edges and airy, fluffy
and spongy in the center.
