  • Headhunters are unique in that they employ
    investigative methods and make direct approaches
    to applicants who are already employed. What

  • Regardless of the industry, headhunters bring
    value by locating and persuading the greatest
    profiles to work for their busines.
  • Senior managers, middle management, and
    executives are the most frequently sought-after
    headhunting candidates.
  • The spectrum of goals has widened in recent years
    as businesses use headhunting firms to fill less
    senior positions (e.g. technical sales staff,
    technicians with specific knowledge).
