METHOD- RENAME YOUR INTUIT SYNC MANAGER FOLDER

• First, exit the company file and application
• Now update the QuickBooks Desktop to the latest
  Release. If it's up to date, then move forward
  to the next step.
• On your system tray, double-click on the sync
  manager icon. Now click on the Exit icon to
  close the sync manager completely.

Now open your file explorer and head over to the
C\Users/username\AppData\Local\Intuit to open
the sync manager folder. Rename this folder with
a new name and then close the explorer. Reboot
your system. After rebooting, open the QuickBooks
Applications. Now try to sync again.
