• Common reasons behind using Verify and Rebuild in
  QuickBooks
• If you're using QuickBooks Online, Verify and
  Rebuild are not available to you. Instead, you'll
  need to use the Error Resolution feature in
  QuickBooks Online.
• Before you can use Verify and Rebuild, you'll
  first need to open the file that you want to
  check for errors. Then, click the Verify button
  in the dialog box that appears.
• In the next dialog box, QuickBooks will check the
  file for errors. If any are found, QuickBooks

• Click OK to start the verification or rebuilding
  process.
• When the verification or rebuilding process is
  complete, you can close the QuickBooks Desktop
