begun, we can make a lot of healthy changes in
our life to achieve holistic growth.

not to be skinny but to be healthy. - Joining a gym can also help you design a better
schedule for the day. If you are able to catch a

to schedule your meals. Why? Because our bodies
love a good schedule. Our metabolism, nutrition
and circadian rhythm are closely linked and when
we eat meals at the same time every day, our
systems can sink up. This means that you will get
full nourishment from your meals.
5- If you are lazy to for a proper workout every
day, make a habit of walking for at least 15-20
mins post a heavy meal. This small step can help
incontrolling acid reflux, blood sugar etc. - Many women are conscious about working out, but
if you join a ladies' gym in Dubai, you can work
out with your friends or even make new ones in
the process. Working out in a comfortable
environment can help you get closer to your
workout buddies and you will develop a community
of your own. Maybe even a WhatsApp group that is
filled with diet plans, workout motivations and
progress you have made.
6- Living during the weekends has become a part of
our lives. But we forget that all of us have been
awarded 24 hours in a day and instead of pushing
all our joys to the last two days of the week, we
can try to enjoy little moments. This is
something that can help us relax our minds and
make us forget the Monday blues. - Communicating our feelings and jotting down our
goals and their achievements can help us move
forward better. Keeping a journal to record all
these along with a daily to-do list is a good way
to be organized. - You are just like a kid, each new accomplishment
or habit you have practised for the day can be
rewarded. For eg, if you have finished reading a
chapter of your book that was on your to-do list,
you can reward yourself by eating a treat or even
doing nothing.

get create new memories, just be mindful of what
