Yes. Theres a separate piece that is a pocket
with straps that you can put the ice pack into.

How long does it stay hot?
Ive never used it as a hot pack. I use a
heating pad for 20 minutes and then use it as a
cold pack for 20 minutes.

It looks like waterproof and it can be washable.
