Strains
  • Strains are very common types of sports-related
injuries. Well, the reason behind this is that a
majority of tendons and muscles get involved when
we play or exercise. These moving parts are more
prone to stretch which leads to damage and pain.
One of the most effective ways to minimize the
risk of strained muscles and tendons is to
    perform warm up properly.

Knee injuries
  • This is another complicated injury that develop
due to sports activities that involves sudden
movements. According to health experts, ACL tear
is very common knee injury while playing sports
or performing exercise. Again, proper warm-ups
    can help reduce ACL tears.

Tennis Elbow
  • Clearly, you dont have to play tennis to develop
tennis elbow. Sadly, golf is the main culprit
behind this problem. Tennis elbow develops due to
repetitive movements. The only way to avoid this
problem is to pace yourself. Take regular breaks,
always warm up and perform stretching before
    playing.
