Who should not donate blood? 

• According to WHO, you shouldnt donate blood if
• You have a cold, flu or sore throat, cold sore,
  or any other infection
• If you fail to meet the minimum hemoglobin level
  for blood donation 
• If you are younger than 18 years old, you must
  meet the minimum age requirements in order to be
  eligible to donate blood.
• If you have a recent piercing or tattoo, you must
  wait for at least 4 months to become eligible for
  donating blood.

blood. single NGO in India has donated an
impressive 9,77,738 units of blood. The
organization, which has been operating for over
two decades, has been instrumental in saving
countless lives across the country. Their
selfless dedication to this cause is truly
remarkable and serves as an inspiration to us
all. The volunteers of Dera Sacha Sauda have
been actively participating in various blood
donation camps and have managed to make world
records in blood donation. Under the guidance
of Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan,
they grabbed 3 world records in the domain of
Blood Donation by Dera Sacha Sauda.
