  mass lesion
• Diagnosis of metastasis, probably of lung origin,
  suspected ? referred to Pulmonary Medicine OPD
• HOPI
• Cough with expectoration
• Hemoptysis
• Bony pains
  x 4m
• LOA/LOW
• Chronic smoker

• Small cell lung cancer Stage IV
• with choroidal metastasis

• No associated symptoms

• Found to have growth present at junction of left
  tonsil with margin reaching up to base of tongue
• Also had multiple cervical LAP and solitary
  pulmonary nodule
• FNAC A001206/10
• Biopsy S2641/10
• Referred to radiotherapy
• Completed RT on 19/5/10 ? advised CT neck
• Lost to follow up
