in Grade 9 and Grade 10? Because it enables
students to pursue careers in Engineering,
Medicine, Computer Science, Pharmacology,
Scientific Research and many more. Science is
divided into major units such as Physics,
Chemistry, and Biology in Grade 9 and Grade 10.
Science tutoring is critical so students can
develop a strong foundation, and additionally,
become curious about the scientific world around
them. They can understand how chemical reactions
take place and see exactly how electricity

When we tutor our students, When we tutor our
students, we relate what they are learning to
what they experience in the real world. For
example, when we teach static electricity in
Grade 9 science, they can relate it to how they
get zapped during the winter if they were to
walk on a carpet and then touch a metal door
knob. At Zylor Education, we approach science
tutoring in a structured way to ensure that
students fully understand the concepts and we
teach material based on the Ontario curriculum.
We are currently teaching online, as our
Mississauga center is closed (see below). During
every session, we teach students two topics, and
then assign them homework based on those same
concepts. The practice work students complete is
the key to reinforce concepts that they have
learned during the tutoring session.

In grade-10 Science you cover components such
Chemistry, Physics, and Biology which once again
builds a foundation for grade-11. For example G11
Chemistry is built on top of the topics learnt in
grade 10 such as Ionic and covalent bonds,
balancing equations etc. In the physics component
for grade 10, you learn about optics which is a
foundation for optics in grade 12 physics. In
Biology, you begin to learn about the basics of
plant and animal cells which are the foundation
