Quick cooking lesson Chicken with baby carrots
and kummel seeds (caraway) in a roasting
bag Preparation time 10 mins. Cooking time 75
mins.

Ingredients 1 chicken divided to 8 pieces 1 bag
of frozen baby carrots 1 teaspoon of kummel seeds
(caraway) 3 table spoons of soya sauce ¼ glass of
olive oil 1 roasting bag

Method Open the roasting bag and add the baby
carrots. Add and disperse the kummel seeds
(caraway) around the bag.

Add the chicken.

Add to the roasting bag the olive oil and the
soya sauce. Now you can spice with your favorite
spices but DO NOT add salt.

Close and tie the bag with the added wire and
disperse the carrots around the chicken (in the
bag).

Place the closed bag in a cooking tray and put it
in the oven for 75 mins. On 180C. (350F)
