SOIL TYPES

• 65 dominating soil units
• Predominant is the following Calcareous dolomite
  black soil, and the others are Brown soil on
  limestone and dolomite, Rendzina on worn-out
  limestone, Luvisol on limestone and dolomite
• Possibility of using the patologic map with the
  data on mine suspected and mine contaminated
  areas
• Possible identification of 6 to 8 representative
  soil types for metal detectors testing in Croatia
  (similar soil types in the region of South East
  Europe)
