• Also known as logotype or trademark
• A symbol (or words and a symbol) that defines a
  company or an organization
• Needs to be simple and clean, work in color and
  black white, and work at all different sizes
  (from a pencil to a billboard)

• Pick one of the logos that you remember from
  today and see if you can reproduce it.
• What made it memorable to you?

Illustrator Practice Work Assignment 5

• Use the tools I have shown you so far to recreate
  the image you will see on the screen as closely
  as possible.
• When you are done, use these same tools to make
  Illustrator creations of your own (play!)
• Save your files!!!! (You should have a total of
  at least 10 practice files by the end of class
  todayI will check all your practice files on
  Friday)
