Stockpiling plan (Oct 06)

• Streamline range and number of products ordered
  by different Trusts in order to achieve economies
  of scale, negotiate discounts and simplify
  logistics of storage and stock rotation
• Support development of a generic tool that Trusts
  can use to calculate the quantities needed
  (current DH planning assumption 35 clinical
  attack rate
• Enable Trusts to calculate final emergency
  supplies by December
