  • A footer is an item of information that you
    can add at the bottom of any or all slides.
    PowerPoint provides three place holders for
    footers date and time, footer text, and a slide
    number. You can add any or all of these items to
    your slides as follows
  • Go to view and find header and footer
  • Click it, you will go the a header and footer
    dialog box

toolbar buttons
Insert word table
Insert chart
Insert excel worksheet
Lets take chart as an example. Double-click the
button chart placeholder, you will get a sample
datasheet

Within sample datasheet, delete unneeded columns
and retype data create the desired chart
This is a sample chart on slide
You could use the toolbar buttons to present the
chart by row or column, change the chart type,
add gridlines, change color, adjust text, or make
other enhancement to your graph.

Create worksheets, charts and tables (3)
You can click frame again to open it and
experiment with any of the chart enhancements
available on the tool bar. When you finish,
exit PowerPoint without saving the presentation.
You will get the left chart on your slide.
