  today!
• The teacher was pleasant and calm. We watched as
  she modeled the first command. Sit! she said.
  She held her hand just above her dogs head. As
  he looked up at her hand, he sat down. Good
  Dog, she said. I copied her command, but Buddy
  wouldnt sit!

• Buddy and I practiced the sit command all
  morning. In class, I was the first person to try
  the command. Sit, I murmured. Buddy looked at
  me and stood.
