• ACTIVITIES DONE IN YEAR 3 4
• The owners of plots 12 and 17 have participated
  in information talks during 3 days (16-17-19 June
  2008) where the Municipal Society Saragossa
  Housing with the University of Saragossa gave
  information about the project and characteristics
  of there own bioclimatic buildings.
• Also, the owners where provided with some
  documents that explained the correct use of there
  own houses and a simple questionnaire about
  energy consume habits that will be analysed.
• The solar thermal panels of plots12, 13 and 17th
  of Valdespartera, are installed.
• The keys of the flats of plot 12 had been given
  in December 2008.

• NEXT ACTIVITIES
• PLOT 17
• - The keys of the flats of plot 17, will be given
  28, 29 and 30 April 2009
• PLOT 18
• - In June 2009 another information talk will be
  held with the owners of the flats of plot 18
• - The keys of the flats of plot 18 will be given
  during September 09.
• PLOT 13
• - Due to the initial delay with this plot, the
  information talk will be done at the end of 2009
  so the keys to the owners will be given in
  January 2010.
• - Solar thermal panels will be installed on plot
  13.

• ANZANIGO
• Some meetings have been held (oct-08) with
  the owners to decide various aspects
• -to select the builder that will do the
  refurbishment (Iberdist Fachadas S.L)
• - Help them to obtain a general loan for the
  refurbishment from the local bank
• Licences obtained in houses located in Anzánigo
  10 y 12.
• And finally the works are initiated in November
  2008

• NEXT ACTIVITIES
• Solar thermal panels will be installed in the
  refurbishment of Picarrals houses.
• Some preparatory meetings have been held
  (march-09) with the others owners of building to
  begin the next refurbishment's works

• - The builder that will do the refurbishment
  (Iberdist Fachadas S.L)
• - Finally the municipal licences of the houses
  in General Yagüe are obtained !!!!

NEXT ACTIVITIES - Refurbishment's works will
be initiate the end of April 09 - The
Revitalization Plan of Picarral neighbour begin
(January 09)

• -According to the information provided by
  Valdespartera and the City Council, we think
  definitively impossible the installation the
  wind turbine..

• PUBLIC SCHOOL CANDIDO DOMINGO
• Photovoltaic panels and installation of a new
  roof are being installed.
• Isolation façade will be installed next summer
  (2009)

• SUSTAINABLE URBANISM CENTER IN
• VALDESPARTERA
• - In March 2009, 47,18 of the budget, had been
  executed
• -This process is planned to be finalised in July
  2009
