  initiatives facilitate revitalisation and
  development of SMCs?
• Especially, revitalising / developing the local
  economy
• This sub-study will probably be merged with the
  one on local business development policy

  Lappeenranta and Kokkola
• Intention is to expand this to most MECIBS cities
  - and associated cities in the East

  country, and for Randers Rope. Now Randers will

  with education that is in close contact with the
  business life and which is on an international

• IVK - The Industrys Competence Center
• We have realised, that we profit from being open
  and sharing our knowledge with others. The
  industrial companies in the Randers area have
  much in common, and we are not competitors. It we
  put all our competence in one joint box, we get
  access to much more knowledge than if we just
