Boys Tennis Team Try-outs 2007 Feb. 6, 7, 8th

• Place and time Tesoro H.S. 3-430 p.m.
• You MUST attend all 3 days
• You must turn in your athletic clearance
  paperwork by January 31st (see website) in order
  to try-out
• This includes
• CUSD Physical Form
• Informed Consent Form
• Athletic Insurance Verification (attach copy of
  insurance)
• CUSD Code of Honor Form
• CIF Steroid Policy
• Note change for returning JV
• Feb. 6 returners try-out from 6th period to 430
  (Varsity JV returners from last year may leave
  at 240). New players try-out from 3 to 430.
• Feb. 7 (no Varsity or JV returners on this day).
  New and players try-out from 3 to 430. 2nd cut
  will be posted Wed. morning.
• Feb. 8 returners try-out from 6th period to 430
  (Varsity and JV returners from last year may
  leave at 240). New players try-out from 3 to
  430. Final cut will be posted Friday morning.
• Once you have made the team, you will be
  officially added to the 6th period tennis class.
