  • Master the financial situation of ERTICO
  • Monitor budgets and control all expenses on
    projects and ERTICOs own expenses.
  • ERTICO profitability at short and medium term
  • Check all procedures are implemented by team
    members
  • Try to avoid any peripheral problems of the
    company (problems regarding the exterior EC,
    suppliers, Partners...).
  • Optimise the recruitment, working in good
    synergy with the other departments. Plan, develop
    and implement HR strategy
