- Master the financial situation of ERTICO
- Monitor budgets and control all expenses on
projects and ERTICOs own expenses. - ERTICO profitability at short and medium term
- Check all procedures are implemented by team
members - Try to avoid any peripheral problems of the
company (problems regarding the exterior EC,
suppliers, Partners...). - Optimise the recruitment, working in good
synergy with the other departments. Plan, develop
and implement HR strategy
