    some assistance.

  • WHY ARE WEB PAGES SOMETIMES NOT DISPLAYED OR
    SLOW?
  • WHY DONT REPORTS APPEAR WHEN I TRY TO VIEW THEM?
  • WHY CANT I DOWNLOAD REPORTS?

133
How do I Disable a Pop-Up Blocker? Follow the
directions displayed to disable a
Pop-Up Blocker from the Yahoo or Google toolbars
134
Why are Web Pages sometimes not displayed or
slow? A limited amount of memory is available on
each computer for storing internet
downloads. This cache (set to size of at least
512 MB) must be cleaned out from time to time.
135
Why dont reports display when I try to view
them? One symptom is an error message stating it
cant display pdf. A setting must be changed
to open pdf files using the
Adobe Reader.
136
Why cant I download reports? Sometimes its
necessary to define Internet Explorers security
and privacy settings to allow downloads
specifically from the eSped site (Continued on
following screen)
