- To Improve their Branch Satisfaction, Cadets Can
Extend Their Active Duty Service Obligation by
Three Years to Get Their Branch of Choice - Still Branch According to OML
- Up to 50 of Each Branch Allocation Will Be
Assigned by OML - The Remaining 50 of Each Branch Will Be
Assigned With the Following Priority - Cadets Who Are Willing to Participate in the
Branch for Service Program - By OML
- To Meet Army Requirements
- Cadets in the Top 50 of Each Branch Allocation
Will Not Incur the Three Year Obligation (even if
they sign up for the branch for service program) - Willingness to Extend Does Not Guarantee Your
First Branch Choice - Total Slots in Each Branch Based on Army

- Career Incentive Programs
- Career Incentive Program ADSOs are served
Consecutively with initial commissioning ADSO - Incentive ADSOs are served Concurrently with all
non-statutory ADSOs - Incentive ADSOs may be served Concurrently with
Graduate School attendance - Incentive ADSOs are served Concurrently with any
accrued ADSOs (PCS, army schooling, etc) - Except Graduate School for Aviation Officers

- Do you intend to stay in through Company Command?
- If so, this option costs you nothing.
- Company command takes you out to 7 years in most
cases. - What do you think your four or five years on
reserve status will look like? - If you are in the Selective Reserves
- 1 Weekend a Month, 2 Weeks a Year
- Potential for Active Duty Activation
- If you are in the IRR Potential for Active Duty
